My name is Carla A. London Greenidge, an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking to establish myself in the real estate industry. I have an ardent desire to learn and grow and am confident in my abilities to build strong relationships with clients, providing them with the support and guidance needed throughout their real estate journey.
I come to the real estate industry with more than 35 years of experience in the service industry, of which 15 of those years were spent in Banking and Finance. I am currently in the health care industry for the past 20 years. My experience in the service industry has impressed upon me the importance of building and maintaining good customer service relationships. Communicating effectively and timely is crucial to building long term relationships, in addition to active listening and being able to negotiate on the client's behalf.
I emigrated from Guyana, South America in 2003 and lived in Brooklyn, New York for my first three years. Coming from a culture where everyone dreamt of owning a piece of real estate, I followed that dream and purchased my home in 2007 in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Since I was working in New York I had some basic requirements in choosing my location. Proximity to schools, public transportation and shopping amenities were important aspects in my search. Middlesex County is commuter friendly with connections to the New Jersey Transit for train transport, Goethals Bridge, Outer Bridge Crossing, and multiple highways for out of state travel. I currently work remotely for one of the largest health care organizations in New York. As part of a self-development process, I have taken up the challenge as the Organizational and Marketing Chairperson of an Employee Resource Group where I actively partake in networking events for the organization. I am a proud alum of Rutgers University (Ru Rah Rah) where I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Human Resources. I live in Middlesex County with my husband and two young adult college kids. In my spare time I love reading motivational and self-development books, watching HGTV and going to live concerts.
